Returns and Exchanges

There is strictly no returns and exchanges for the products. Returns and exchanges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. It will be determined by evidence of damage/defects of goods received.

Refunds will be in the form of bank transfer. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item does not comply with the above conditions, we have the right to reject the return or exchange. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at exchange@sidersonline.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Any goodwill waiver and refunds of the shipping costs for your returns are at our discretion. Depending on where your address, the delivery for your exchanged product varies.

Measurements

Product measurements are provided based on our best accuracy. Measurements stated on the website may vary 1cm to 3cm.
