SHIPPING POLICY
We are based in Singapore. We aim to dispatch your orders within 3-4 working days. All parcels will be dispatched via SingPost, and you will receive your tracking ID to track your cheeky parcels.
Kindly ensure that your order details and addresses are correct. We are not responsible for any lost mail and we reserve the right to process a refund if required. Any re-delivery will mean that a top-up of postage is required.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We value your business and want you to be 100% happy with your online purchase.
We only replace or exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Item must not be assembled / used / worn and must have their original packaging / tags intact. Please email us at helloxlaws@gmail.com with photos / videos of the item within 7 days of receiving the order. We will check with the principal brand, if required, if the item is a manufacturing defect. As such, we may take up to 5 working days to reply your email.
